        How We Stay Healthy



        Our medical team would like to highlight the importance of water in keeping
        pupils  healthy,  happy,  and  ready  to  learn.  Water  plays  a  vital  role  in
        children’s  growth,  helping  to  keep  their  bodies  hydrated,  support

        concentration, and maintain energy levels throughout the day.
