Repeat!

Our Playgroup pupils had great fun creating simple ABAB

patterns using colourful resources on snake pattern mats. As
they placed and repeated the patterns along the snakes, the

children developed early maths skills, concentration, and an
understanding of sequence and order.

This playful activity also supported

fine motor development and
encouraged pupils to talk about their

patterns, making learning both

engaging and meaningful through
hands-on exploration.
