CHESS club
The chess club session was interactive and
educational. The children actively participated
in learning about the chess board, the pawn as
a chess piece and their right placement on the
squares. They demonstrated enthusiasm and
a willingness to grasp the strategic concepts
involved in chess. Chess is a slow-paced game
that requires patience and strategies. Contin-
uing to learn how to place pawns and every
other piece helps them develop these essential
skills, as they need to focus on the game and
think carefully about each move.
We focused on fostering critical thinking,
problem-solving skills, and spatial awareness.
The children were not only attentive but also
showed eagerness to understand the rules and
strategies involved in each move. Learning
chess is a gradual process, and it’s wonderful
to see your child embracing the challenges
with such a positive attitude.
