The Human Circulatory System

id you know that water aids the human
circulatory system? The water we drink is
Dabsorbed in the intestines and circulated
throughout the body in fluids such as the blood.
Did you also know that water is composed of two
elements known as Hydrogen and Oxygen? Our
Year 6 students conducted an experiment to test
for good and bad water using different ingredients.
This was linked to our science topic about the
human circulatory system. The purpose was to
connect the importance of drinking good water
and its effect on our body system. It is important
to drink good-quality water that is colourless,
tasteless and odourless. This would help our body
systems work effectively, avoid sicknesses and
prevent harmful chemicals from damaging our
organs.
