Standing Strong, Standing Kind What It Means To Me ANTI-BULLYING WEEK

Anti-Bullying Week means standing up for

kindness. It reminds us that our words and

actions can either lift someone up or tear

them down. I have learned that being kind
doesn’t make you weak — it makes you

strong because it takes courage to do

what is right, even when others do not.

This week helped me understand that

small acts of kindness, like inviting some-

one to play or saying something nice, can

                                                 make a big difference.

The theme, “Power for Good,” inspired everyone to stand up, speak out, and
 make kindness their daily habit.

For me, Anti-Bullying Week is about learn-
ing to speak up. Sometimes people see

bullying and do not know what to do —

they just stay quiet. But I have realised

that silence can make things worse.

This week, I have learned that if we

see someone being hurt or left out, we

should stand beside them, tell an adult,
and show support. One brave action can

change how someone feels. I want to be

someone who stands up, not someone who

                                                 stands by.
