Building Our Own House Models

s part of our learning about

homes and structures, the
Achildren explored how to
build a house. They began by painting

pictures of different types of houses,
then used straws and coloured bricks
like LEGO to practise building their own.

This hands-on activity supported their
understanding of shapes, materials,
and teamwork while developing early

design and construction skills.
