Safeguarding Tips

1. Tell a Trusted Adult If You Feel Worried
If anything makes you feel scared, sad, or

confused, tell your teacher, parent, or anoth-
er grown-up you trust right away

2. Keep Your Personal Information Private
Don’t share your full name, address, phone

number, or passwords with people you don’t
know or online.

3. Be Careful When Using the Internet
Only visit websites your teacher or parents

say are safe, and never talk to strangers on-
line without asking a grown-up first.

4. Follow School Rules
Listen to your teachers and follow the school

rules to keep yourself and others safe.

5. Look Out for Each Other

If you see a friend who looks upset or needs
help, tell a teacher or a grown-up straight

away.
