In Years 2 to 6, students
participated in GL Progress
Tests for English, Mathemat-
ics, and Science. These in-
ternationally benchmarked
tests track core knowledge
and skill development, moti-
vating students to set goals
and celebrate their achieve-
ments.
The New Group Reading Test
(NGRT) assesses reading
accuracy, fluency, and com-
prehension. By identifying
each child’s reading age and
strengths, teachers can per-
sonalise reading activities to
boost vocabulary and
comprehension.
Benefit: Standardised assess-
ments provide clear bench-
marks, helping students un-
derstand their strengths and
encouraging a growth mind-
set.
