Fire Safety Workshop
As part of our commitment to safety and preparedness, a Fire Safety Workshop was recently conducted to equip staff with
the knowledge and confidence to respond effectively in case of an emergency.
The session began with a brief teaching on fire safety awareness, where participants learned about identifying potential
fire hazards, knowing exit routes, and understanding the different types of fire extinguishers.
After the classroom session, everyone proceeded to the practical demonstration. Staff had the opportunity to observe and
participate in the hands-on training on how to operate a fire extinguisher using the PASS method — Pull, Aim, Squeeze,
and Sweep.
The exercise was both interactive and enlightening, helping everyone understand the importance of staying calm and
acting quickly during fire incidents. The drill not only boosted awareness but also strengthened our collective sense of
responsibility toward maintaining a safe environment for all.
