PLAYGROUP BUTTERFLY
The children had a blast exploring
various musical instruments like
YEAR 4 discovering the unique sounds each
maracas, cymbals, drums,
tambourine and shakers,
one makes. They even
mimicked everyday sounds like
rain, birds chirping, and cars driving
by. This engaging activity honed
their listening skills, teaching them
to distinguish between loud and soft
sounds. As they described what they
heard and created, their language
skills also got a boost. Ultimately,
the session fostered a deeper
appreciation for the sounds around
DOREEN ANIEFIOK. them, all while having a musical
time together!
