Educational Visit
To SEVEN UP Bottling Company
n the 2nd of October, students from the
Business and Enterprise Faculty visited the
O 7Up Bottling Company. The trip was both
fun and educational, offering a first-hand look at
how one of Nigeria’s leading beverage factories
operates.
The visit began in the boardroom with a short
briefing on the company’s history, safety rules,
and processes. Interestingly, we learned that the
factory produced its first bottle on October 1st, 1960
— the same day Nigeria gained independence.
Afterwards, we toured the factory floor, observing
how bottles are made, labelled, and packed.
It was an eye-opening experience and a truly
memorable trip.
