Term 1 has passed, term 2 just passed, now
term 3 has begun, and it, too, must pass, and
then the cycle begins again.
t is the dawn of a new term, and while reflecting, I arrived at
the conclusion that life is a continuous cycle. We go round and
begin afresh. Term 1 has passed, term 2 just passed, now term
I 3 has begun, and it, too, must pass, and then the cycle begins
again. As the cycle goes round, the students move within it like an
upward-moving spiral. They come into Year 7, and with time, the
cycle spirals them into Year 11 and graduation. Pardon me, please.
I could not help being philosophical while watching the Year 11
students go into the examination hall for their final Year IGCSE. We
hope for resounding success as always.
This week marks the beginning of another term, and already there
is the feel of a term packed with both academic and co-curricular
activities, which is one of the hallmarks of the ‘Regent Way’. Are
you asking what the ‘Regent Way’ means? Your answer is on
Pages 8-11.
Meanwhile, you need good nourishment to successfully surf
through each school day, and the Medical Corner offers you one
easy way to get nourished. Visit pages 14-15.
You should not miss any of this term’s editions of the Regent Digest,
as each read promises to be a rewarding experience.
