YEAR 3

This week, our Year 3 learners
took part in an exciting hands -on
activity to deepen their
understanding of money, buying,
and selling. The classroom
transformed into a lively
mini-market where pupils took
on the roles of buyers and
sellers, using real-life scenarios
to practise handling money,
giving change, comparing prices.

The children were fully engaged,
negotiating, counting and
collaborating with their peers.
This interactive experience not
only strengthened their numeracy
skills but also helped them
develop communication,
teamwork, and problem-solving
abilities.

The activity was a wonderful
blend of learning and fun, and
it gave the pupils a meaningful
glimpse into everyday financial
transactions. We look forward to
more enriching experiences that
bring learning to life in such an
enjoyable way.
