NIGERIA,

                                         OUR HOME

Beneath the sky that burns with sun,

A thousand voices rise as one.

From every tribe, from every tongue,
The anthem of a land begun.

The flag ascends, green, white, then green,

A symbol of the hopes we’ve seen.

Its fabric holds both past and dream,

A promise flowing like a stream.

We carry scars, we carry pride,

Through storms we’ve walked, yet still we stride.
Each hand that builds, each heart that stays,

                                            Keeps Nigeria alight in praise.

O land of promise, vast, profound,

In you our strength and song are found.

                                           United, steadfast, bold, and free,

You hold the soul of all we’ll be.
