 we made salad!





 home economics club


 This week in the cooking club, the children created a beautiful fresh Salad! After washing their

 hands, they engaged in the dicing and grating of the vegetables and fruits used to make the Sal-
 ad. They all complained about not eating one vegetable after the other. However, their percep-
 tion changed in the end because of the delicious result.


 The Ingredients
 1. Cabbage
 2. Carrots
 3. Cucumber
 4. Lettuce

 5. Sweet Corn
 6. Apples



 The Dressing
 7. Mayonnaise
 8. Condensed Milk
 9. Some salt
 10. A touch of black pepper

 Directions

 1. All the vegetables were washed with salt water to remove impurities. It is essential to wash all
 your vegetables well when making a salad.
 2. Cut all the vegetables and fruits, placing them inside a bowl to combine later.
 3. Create your delicious dressing by mixing the mayonnaise, condensed milk, salt and black pep-

 per in a bowl.
 4. Combine the chopped vegetables, fruits and dressing at the end to create a fantastic salad.
 5. Serve and enjoy!
