Introduction
ohammed Awwal Umar is an educator and
pastoral worker with a deep background in
MHausa culture and linguistics, holding a degree
in the subject, complemented by a Postgraduate
Diploma in Education (PGDE) and over two decades of
teaching experience. He is currently running his Master’s
programme in Linguistics.
His substantial 12-year pastoral experience further
enriches his profile, demonstrating a commitment to
both academic and community service.

r Victor Adio is a passionate educator and academic
researcher with over eight years of experience
Mteaching Economics, Business Studies and Enterprise
across both Nigerian and British curricula. He holds a B.Sc.
in Economics and Education from the University of Ibadan
and a Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and
Learning, completed with distinction.
He has successfully prepared students for examinations
such as IGCSE, with many achieving top grades and
developing a genuine interest in learning.
He has a strong background in research and professional
development and has published studies on employability
skills in Nigeria. He looks forward to inspiring students at The Victor Olaide Adio
