        Snack Healthy
        Healthy snacking doesn’t mean boring
        food it just means smart choices. Try
        planning your snacks the same way you
        plan your favorite shows. Keep a fruit bowl
        nearby, drink plenty of water, and eat at
        regular  times  instead  of  grazing  all  day.
        When you feel like snacking, ask yourself:
        “Will this make me feel better or just full?”
        Choose snacks that actually energize you.
