     Prevention
        The best protection remains simple: wash
        your hands regularly, eat well, sleep enough,
        and cover your mouth and nose when
        sneezing or coughing. And if you’re ever in
        doubt — listen to your body, slow down, and
        get the care you need.
        Treatment Tips:
           •  Get plenty of rest
