Love and Care Day 2025: Denim, Donations, and a Thrilling Treasure Hunt!

Last Friday marked our annual Love and Care Day — a special occasion where children come
to school in mufti in exchange for donations to support our community service projects. This

year, we embraced a Denim Day theme, with all children
encouraged to wear a white top or T-shirt paired with
blue denim jeans. Their generosity shone through as they
brought donations of food, children’s clothes, shoes, toys,

and money, all of which will be distributed to worthy
causes across Abuja.
Adding to the excitement, we introduced a Treasure Hunt
activity for Keystage 1 and 2. The playground was alive

with energy as groups of eager children searched for hid-
den treasures, their faces lighting up with joy and determi-
nation. Laughter, cheers, and the thrill of discovery filled
the air as they raced to be the ultimate treasure finders.

As the adventure concluded, the children gathered for
group photos, capturing the fun-filled moments before
heading back to their classrooms. Memories were made,
friendships were strengthened, and the spirit of giving

was celebrated—another unforgettable day at Abuja Prep!
