EDITION 07/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS

DYNAMIC UPDATE

In June, the management teams of Böllinghaus Steel

and GOB met to discuss the current status of the ERP

project, analyze risks, and define measures. The timing

was chosen because July marks the start of the final

six-month phase before go-live.

The meeting revealed that some existing working methods are no longer

up to date and that fundamental changes are necessary. To achieve the

goal, we must show more commitment, actively reduce fears, and

strengthen the willingness to change towards improvement.

We have therefore decided that GOB and ArquiConsult will be on site

more frequently until the end of the year. Specifically, this means that at

least two GOB consultants will work directly in the system with key users

in Portugal every two weeks. At the same time, the management teams in

Portugal and Hilden will be more closely involved to support decisions and

prioritization.

We are also improving project monitoring to create more transparency.

We are confident that these measures will enable us to continue the project

OPERATIONAL VACATIONS

As every year, our hot and cold systems are also being

serviced this year from 2.-18.08. During these 2 weeks, the

plant in Portugal is closed and all employees are on vacation.

We wish all employees a relaxing time and that you can start the second

half of the year with new energy. We are excited to see what the second

half of the year has in store for us and are looking ahead with a positive

attitude - with the aim of further increasing our sales figures and quality.
