EDITION 11/25 BÖLLINGHAUS HIGHLIGHTS
SALES COACHING
We successfully completed a 4-session Sales Coaching program aimed
at strengthening our sales capabilities and boosting overall performance
organized by Mariano de Bernardi.
Throughout the sessions, we focused on
developing practical skills, building confidence
in client interactions, and enhancing our ability
to achieve results. This coaching experience
provided valuable insights and strategies that
will directly support our sales efforts moving
forward. Additionally, after every coaching session by Mariano, each
sales colleague received their personal coaching to answer all open
questions and focus on their individual goals.
NEW SUSTAINABILITY TOOL
We successfully launched our new Sustainability Tool to have a base for
related requirements from business partners. The tool shows each cases
and creates transparency for all of
us. It can be found on SharePoint
under Sustainabilty. Moreover the
kick off for our Sustainability
Report is under issuing and will be
available for the new year.
