In April, we started the first training sessions for the new ERP system

Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

In week 14, we had a three-day training

session with GOB in Vieira, where all the

main users and managers attended two

sessions in which GOB presented the main

features of Dynamic BC and everyone was

able to enter the system on their computer

and user and test a first prototype of the

configuration that GOB makes.

After a general presentation of how the system works and an insight into

some master data, users were able to simulate a step-by-step process flow

from the sales offer to the final sales invoice, going through the

intermediate steps. Even considering that it was an early prototype, still

far from our reality and needs, most users found this training very useful

to get a first feeling and contact with the system, which was considered

intuitive and user-friendly.

In week 17, a training session was also held with Arquiconsult, the GOB

partner responsible for implementing the Portuguese localization, which

his time focused on the Human Resources module.

The system was also found to be very

user-friendly in this area. In parallel, GOB

also worked on a solution for product

routing, product inspections and store

floor solutions in April, and we had

several meetings to provide input on

these topics, among others that are

currently being developed.
