performed skit based on Gorkha. We also roasted
marshmallows and danced around the campfire. Then
we had our dinner which was tasty. We were served
Nepali food. Some people even made up ghost stories
although I didn’t believe them. An hour later, we slept.
The next morning, at 7:00 am we went on a long
hike. After a long hike we reached the top of the hill
where there was a palace of Prithivi Narayan Shah,
which is now a temple. It was tiring but we all enjoyed
it a lot. After we came back from the hike, we ate
breakfast. Then we packed our belongings and soon
got into the bus.
On the way back to Kathmandu, we stopped
at Malekhu for lunch. The bus ride was equally as fun
on the way back. After about 3 hours of driving from
our lunch spot we reached the school at 6;00 pm.
Then we waited for our parents to come pick us up. All
in all, the Gorkha trip was a very fun experience and I
learnt about the history of Nepal.
