Now let’s talk about business results and our values
Some of my coaching clients are frustrated about their result; this
is evident straight away at our first coaching session. They think
they are doing everything they should be doing but the result may
not be coming. That’s not unusual for business owners, I would
explain to you why that is the case and what you can do about it.

Let’s start with your environment, if your environment is in a total
mess like the room of a teenager, you will experience similar chaos
in your business. Cleanliness is next to Godliness sounds like a
cliché, but it is true. Henry Ford said any intelligent worker should
not need any foreman to police them to clean their environment.
He said their output would reflect their environment. Get a cleaner
if you can afford one or create a routine to keep your work area
and even other areas orderly and clean. I told a client about the
impact of cleanliness on the business result as we were talking on
Zoom. She told me that it was embarrassing for her because her
whole space was in a mess; I obviously didn’t see it though as the
camera only showed her face. After the meeting, she went to work
and clear out unwanted stuff and generally declutter her home
office. She told me she signed 4 clients that week alone. You may
say that’s a coincidence, but I know it isn’t; so do it without
judgement and see what happens.

Forgiveness – this may sound woo woo to some people but
forgiving people is a way to remove negative energy from your
system and free your mind to attract the right force to help you. A
client of mine had resentment against his mum for many years
because he thought she killed his loving father with her attitude
and selfish ways. He said he hadn’t spoken to her in 10 years and
