I want to convey is that having a vision makes your life better.
Having a vision helps you create something valuable in the world
and provide you with a challenge to help you live a purposeful life.

Organisation – Previously I was talking about moving from
employment to self-employment or becoming an entrepreneur. I
also talked about a transition and the confusion that may emerge
from this process. How do you cope with this confusion and
randomness of starting something new? How do you organize
yourself and then your business so that your business may
eventually run without you long term? Is that question too long?
Ok, let's break it down. Starting with confusion, most people
starting a business are not sure where to start, how to prioritise
tasks to become effective.

How to deal with confusion
Set a short-term goal usually one year
I found this question very powerful so you may ask yourself the
question:
• What is stopping you from achieving the goal?

• Make a list of as many obstacles that may prevent you
from achieving the goal.

• What are your strengths to maximise to get your goal?
• Make a list of as many as you can – the psychometric
test would help you with this part
• What are the opportunities you can exploit to achieve
your 12-month goal and beyond?
Stop now and do the exercise because if you don’t do it now you
will remain confused for a long time and that would not help you. I
am not even just talking about startups; many established
businesses are in a state of confusion. Even if your business is
established, do the exercise too.
