provide residents with an individualized continuum
of care for all stages of dementia or Alzheimer’s.

Each Neighborhood boasts high direct caregiver-to-
resident support ratios and as residents move further along
in their journey, support ratios increase to meet their needs.

Each Neighborhood has an intimate, home-like community
setting with Day Stay, Respite Stay, Private Rooms and
Shared Suites with separate sitting areas.

Our three Neighborhoods come together around a MAIN
STREET, which is like a little town inside our building. It
has a Theater, Salon, Music Hall, Hobby Area and a Sweet
Shop. It’s a great place for residents to gather, socialize
and participate in community events.
