32. Talent will enjoy grooming and professional services on set to
help create specific looks for the clients.

33. The talent will benefit from the introduction and assignment with
national agents that will also enhance your career. All wages go
directly to the talent!

34. Upon acceptance of terms and conditions, the parent will
submit required funds and submit a schedule of availability to begin
performing their model and acting duties.

35. The talent also has the option to consider an acting or musical
career which will be managed and cultivated via the BABY KID TEEN
MEDIA GROUP Team.

36. THIS AGREEMENT WILL BE HONORED FOR THE
INDICATED TIME SELECTED.

37. AFTER THAT TIME THE TALENT WILL BE ACCESSED TO
CONSIDER CONTRACT EXTENSIONS OR OTHER BENEFICIAL
AVENUES.

38. An additional formal proposal will be provided to hold all parties

listed to the mutual agreements. This formal proposal will list the final
tier selection information, release and consent forms, and final
instructions on how to submit payment and to receive confirmations
within a timely manner.

39. The final registered copy of the agreement will be sent to all
parties as indicated in the formal proposal.
