20. The talent is an Independent Contractor that will receive
additional beneficial opportunities due to the promotion, networking

and training. All wages earned outside of BABY KID TEEN MEDIA
GROUP are paid directly to the talent. BABY KID TEEN Media
Group and its affiliates will not benefit financially from any outside-
booked work on behalf of the talent. THIS IS NOT AN EXCLUSIVE

INVITATION

21. Upon acceptance of terms and conditions, the parent will
submit required funds for liability per the dates listed and expect the

final combined agreement within 90 days of signing the formal
agreement.

22. The talent will begin performing their duties within 5 days of

accepting this agreement.

23. The final agreement will contain the EXACT information as
listed in the accepted formal proposal. The formal agreement will

also include confidentiality, non-compete, notice of severability
options.

24. THE ACCEPTED AGREEMENT WILL BE HONORED for the

selected amount of time unless cancelled by the talent according to
the terms of the final agreement.

25. The price per participant list is for bonding, liability insurance,
limited travel coverages, national product coordination, individual

task training and personal career management.
