10. Wages are paid electronically 30 days from the date of the
performance of the task, or on the pay date which falls within that

range.
11. Wages and performance reviews are performed every 3-6
months.
12. An example of talent’s minimum wages:

• $25hrly for print shoots with a 1-2 hour minimum=$25-100.00
for a short session. DEPENDING ON LIABLITY COVERAGE

LEVEL
• 3-4 hour sessions per diem =$50-150.00
• A daily rate of 4-6hrs $50.00-200.00 daily minimum
• Shoot minimum for a few hours would be $50.00-$100.00
minimum per 1hr shoot Guaranteed.
• PAY RATE IS DEPENDENT ON LIABLITY COVERAGE

 Participate in state and local parades, observed holidays

 Talent can reschedule a session, due to sickness, family

or personal emergencies, weather inclement, and other
unforeseen circumstances.
 A management system of communication will be

implemented to help manage all bookings.
