NEW TO LAKE RULES
Please read “Lake Rules” prior to any boat registration.
Boat Operator testing is REQUIRED prior to any registrations.
The test can be taken online via www.heritagelakepoa.com or at the clubhouse or
marina. Penalties and fines will apply to violations.
ORANGE FLAG: notifies all boaters there is a skier down and that people are in
the water around the boat.
OPERATORS LICENSE: A current family member can operate a member’s
boat WITH permission w/o the member present. This license can be obtained b
completing an application andpay the associated fee and pass the test. This license
does not provide any other membership privileges.
