Website is www.hlpoa.us This website provides important information, dates, events, rules, user fees,
electronic voting opportunities, important documents, Heritage Lake Highlights, etc. To receive email
updates and notifications, visit the website then scroll to the VERY bottom of the home page to add
your email address(es).

Be sure to check the POA Office on Facebook at Heritage Lake, Indiana POA for information, updates
and events for the Heritage Lake community from the POA office.

MEMBERSHIP CARDS

Once your assessment is paid in full, a permanent card can be printed for you with your photo at the
HLPOA office or the marina during regular business hours. Please always carry this card with you.
There is a $10 replacement fee for lost cards.

SECURITY TIP LINE

HLPOA members may call the Heritage Lake POA office at 765-384-7447 and select option 7 to access
the voicemail of the HLPOA’s security officer and leave information about a recent incident, etc. It may
also be used to alert our security office that you’ll be on vacation. Voicemail messages are only retrieved
by the Heritage Lake Security Officer.

For emergencies, call 911.

Please give your name, address, telephone number and emergency street number. Emergency street
numbers were established to assist emergency vehicles in locating your home or lot. All road
intersections within Heritage Lake have a letter or number attached to the existing road sign. Your
emergency street number is listed in the Heritage Lake Telephone Directory (if you cannot locate your
number, contact the POA Office at (765-386-7447). Please have this information readily available. In
non-emergencies call the following numbers:
