LAKE RULES

Please read “Lake Rules” prior to any boat registration. Boat Operator testing is REQUIRED
prior to any boat registration.

ALL boat operators will be required to take the “Lake Rules” test prior to registering ANY boat each
year. Tests can be accessed online, at the Marina or clubhouse. Penalties and fines will apply to
violations. Lake Rule booklets are available at the POA office, Marina or under the “Documents” tab at
www.hlpoa.us

LINCOLN HILLS PARK

Lincoln Hills Park offers a beach, basketball court (half), boat tie-ups, new playground equipment,
pollinator gardens, recreational green space, two shelter houses and a large parking area.

PATRIOTS LANDING

Patriots Landing Pond was renovated in 2008, offering fishing and wide-open “green space”. The picnic
area was newly renovated in late 2018 with shade screen and picnic tables.

GETTYSBURG ROADSIDE PARK

Gettysburg is our “pocket park” that offers fishing and a great place to relax and enjoy the lake. It is
located along Heritage Drive between Gettysburg and Jefferson Valley subdivisions. A port-o-let facility
is available.
