In accordance with good corporate governance policies aimed at building confidence and trust among stakeholders, the key essence of the work can be summarized as follows:
In 2023, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee has carried out its duties as assigned by the Board of Directors and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee Charter. Its responsibilities include establishing criteria and processes for selecting and appointing individuals to be nominated for positions on the Board of Directors, subcommittees, as well as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and other senior executives (C-Level) of the company, ensuring transparency. It also involves reviewing remuneration for the Board of Direcotors, subcommittees, as well as the CEO, CFO, and other senior executives of the company, ensuring fairness and reasonableness in line with good corporate governance practices to build confidence and trust among stakeholders;
