PROJECTS & INVENTORY
Projects section give a very high level management of company’s internal or customers projects. In
Bizggro users can save and maintain complete tasks, events, purchase orders, invoices, transactions
under one screen. It becomes simple to save, retrieve and monitor progress of each projects with
this module.
HOW TO CREATE A NEW PROJECT?
1. Click on top drop down menu “projects & inventory”
2. Choose “new project” from left hand menu
3. Give a name to your project if its related to a customer or company internal.
Choose status from “started”, “finished”, “halted” or “planned” status is important for easy filtering at later
stage when multiple projects are in progress.
Select “Customer” if this is an internal project you should create a “customer” your own company name, if
its external customer’s project chooses that customer from the drop down list.
Select “customer contact person” from the drop down list. If there is no contact person press + button to
create a new contact.
Choose project “start” date and “expected end date”.
Select a “final decision maker” from the contact list, it helps in the execution of the projects to keep decision
maker details available for everyone.
