You can create news tasks using this feature and assign it to others.
1: Add subject of the task that you are about to create
2: Select priority
3: Enter start day
4: Enter expected end date
5: Select a Project
6: Select Task Incharge
7: Select Status
8: Select: Start time
9: Select end time
10: Enter task details
11: Assign to a user
