How to Plan Your Trip

This guide will be your information source to help plan your visit and assist you during
your stay. There may be times when you truly want to get lost in this land, but to help
you find your way, we have divided the guide into five geographic regions (page 9).

Do-it-yourself travel
You’ll find the regions colour-coded for easy identification. Within each of the
five regions you’ll find a brief overview and the following sections: Sample Itinerary,
Best Kept Secrets, Road Trips, Accommodations, Attractions & Adventures, and Shops
& Galleries. A grid-referenced map and index accompanies each region, which allows
you to search for things to do or places to go in four different ways: by map coordinate,
by category of activity, by driving route, and by community.
