RESEARCH QUESTIONS
Internetworldstats.com has shown significant data of Internet users and population statistics in
Africa which seem to be very far behind other continents of the world; however, they are very helpful
and encouraging. This paper, in its attempt to contribute to the growing body of knowledge, is guided
by the following questions:
To what extent does the integration of ICT in colleges and universities in Africa play a
significant role in the changing of its curricula?
Does the improvement in technological innovations assist in raising academic achievement
among students in colleges and universities in Africa?
To what extent does the ICT policy and integration approach enhance the role technology
plays in the planning of the academic curricula in the African educational system?
