 Successful completion of the Comprehensive Nursing
Examination. (Students who have previously earned a
Master’s of Science in Nursing degree, with evidence of
successful completion of a master’s thesis and/or
comprehensive nursing examination, may be granted
exemption from this requirement.) Refer to the Graduate
Nursing Student Handbook for further details.
 A grade point average of 3.0 must be maintained, after
Advancement to Candidacy.
