E. Syllabus Construction

The University Management understands that the primary purpose of the University is to
deliver quality instruction to students. They provide regular workshop on crafting syllabi
which responds on the needs of the current situation. Faculty members are required to
submit new and updated syllabus every start of the semester based on their teaching assignments.
Updating of any syllabus for a particular subject is done by the faculty member/s
currently assigned to handle. A common format for course syllabi is prescribed, which is regularly
revised or updated. The output will be reviewed by other faculty members’ expert in the
subject, the department chair, and the dean. Copies of syllabi are kept in the dean’s office, this
includes syllabi from previous semesters. The campus administration via the Academic
related affairs office requires the deans on the submission and upgrading of course syllabus in
               each subject.
