AACUP ACCREDITOR’S RECOMMENDATIONS

#1 The University/College may consider hiring a dedicated Skills
Laboratory Technician who will be responsible for the maintenance of
the laboratory. In addition, the College may assign from among the
faculty members a Focal Person/In-charge of the Skills Laboratory to
direct/supervise its operation.

ACTION/EVIDENCES

• The University hired a Laboratory Technician who is responsible for
the maintenance of the Skills Laboratory/Simulation room of the

College of Nursing

• The College Dean assigned Faculty members who will supervise the
operation of the skills laboratory.
