A week before the start of the semester in each school year, syllabi are sent to
their departments chairs as electronic copies which are thoroughly checked on its format and
updated references. With regards to its contents, the group of faculties within their
specializations commonly checked before submission to their respective department chairs. The
dean then double checks the syllabi for its approval.
