RAY WILLIAMS
MR. JOSEPH LEVI BELL, SR.
Mr. Joseph Levi Bell, Sr., of Tampa, passed away Friday, Au- gust 14, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Friday, August 28, at 1:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Pastor Andrew Holder, officiating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Joseph Levi Bell, Sr., was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Robinson High School. Mr. Bell was an Inde- pendent Contractor.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, father, Johnny Bell; mother, Inez Mikell; and brother, Jacob Bell.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his children, JoAnn, Joseph Bell, Jr., Kirshon, LeRoyn, Regine, Levi, Josiah, and Lauren; siblings, Nathan, Chris, John, Alonzo, Sharon and Beverly; grandchildren, Na’Yauni, Michael, Jo’Shonna, Cedric, Princess, Kwalysia, and Grace- lyn; friends of the family, Mr. Rood; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The remains will repose from 3-7 p.m., Thursday, August 27, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories: daughters, Kay Long (Littleton Long) and Debra V. Blanchett; grandchildren, Ken- neth N. Blanchett, II, and Rodney E. MR. EARL E. CARLTON, SR.
Mr. Earl E. Carlton, Sr. of Riverview, FL passed away Sun- day, August 16, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Satur- day, August 29, at 11:00 a.m. at The Center For Manifestation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue, with Rev- erend Bruce E. Garmon, Sr., offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mr. Earl E. Carlton, Sr. was a native of Lakeland, Florida and a resident of Tampa for 53 years. He was educated in Polk and Hillsborough Counties public schools and was a graduate of Leto High School. Mr. Carlton was a member of First Union M. B. Church and was employed as a Security Officer at Signal 88 Se- curity of Tampa.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Mildred Pollard and Alonzo Carlton, Sr.; sister, Lula Dixon and brother, Clarence Carlton.

Mr. Gent Lee Godfrey, Jr., of Riverview, FL passed away Sat- urday, August 22, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Sun- day, August 30 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Pleasant Missionary Bap- tist Church, 2002 N. Rome Av- enue with Reverend Dr. C. T. Kirkland, Pastor, officiating. In- terment will be held Monday, August 31 at 1:00 p.m. at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513.

Mr. Gent Lee Godfrey, Jr., was a native and lifelong resi- dent of Tampa, Florida. He was educated by the public schools of Hillsborough County and fur- thered his education with some college courses. Mr. Godfrey en- listed into the United States Army and served until his Hon- orable discharge.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Gent Lee Godfrey, Sr.; grandmother, Jakie B. Mention; sisters, Cynthia Joyce Altine and Shelia Godfrey and son, Gent Lee Godfrey, III.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his loving children, three daughters, Latoya Foster and husband, Clifton, Tiffany L. Godfrey and Takeyah Braxton and husband, Tyrell; grandchil- dren, Tyrone C. Tarrance, Tris- tan L. Tarrance, Tyshawn Barnes, Camden L. Mrs. Ollie Mae Blanchett, of Tampa, passed away Friday, Au- gust 21, 2020. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, August 29, at 2:00 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. Church, 5001 Cumberland Drive, Tampa, Pastor Ricky Polk officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Me- morial Park Cemetery (at the corner of 22nd St. and Dr. M. L. King Blvd.).

Mrs. Ollie Mae Blanchett, ma- triarch of six generations, was born May 21, 1921, in Tampa, FL.
She graduated from Middleton High School, Class of 1941, and was a faithful member of Bethel A.M.E. Church for over ninety-years. Mrs. Blanchett also served as the mem- ber of American Legion Post 167 for over 50 years.
She was preceded in death by: her husband, Kenneth N. Blanchett; parents, Clarence and Viola Baker; sisters, Rose Sample (Clannie Sample), Emma Green (Thomas Green) and Alma Gam- brell (Rosco Gambrell); nephews, Rosco Gambrell, Elmarvin Gam- brell, Don Gambrell and Herman Telfair, Jr.; nieces, Betty Fennell, Barbara Edmonds (Monte Ed- monds), and Rose Jones (Cordell Jones).
