WILSON
MRS. EVELYN R. DAVIS
A Private Homegoing Celebra- tion Service will be held for Mrs. Evelyn R. Davis, who departed this life on Saturday August 22, 2020.
Mrs. Evelyn R. Davis was born in Plant City, Florida, on March 27, 1933, to the parentage of Will McCloud and Robbie Dasher Mc- Cloud.
Mrs. Davis attended Hillsbor- ough County Schools, and USF.
Sister Evelyn took joy in serv- ing as a Sunday School Teacher and was a faithful church worker and dedicated member of Laura Street Church of Christ. She was also a member of the Democratic Club of Plant City, and The Ladies of Leisure Breakfast Club.
Evelyn genuinely enjoyed fish- ing, decorating, dressing pretty, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Mrs. Evelyn R. Davis was pre- ceded in death by: her parents, sis- ters, brother, and her husband, Dan Davis, Jr.
Evelyn is survived by: her lov- ing son of the home, Michael A. Davis, Sr. (Clarissa) of Plant City, Florida; two stepdaughters, Freda Davis and Janice Davis, both of Lakeland, Florida; two grandsons, Michael A. Davis, Jr., and E’Mon Hugee; two goddaughters, Emilee Hansen of Plant City, Florida and Shelby Hunter of Lakeland, Florida.
Evelyn raised her three nephews, James, Terry, and Kevin Lattimore, whom she loved tremendously. Evelyn will also be missed by a host of extended fam- ily members and friends, who loved her dearly, including her dear friend, Christine Berry of Plant City, Florida.
Public viewing will be held Fri- day, August 28th, 2020, from 4-7 p. m. at the Laura Street Church of Christ, 1310 E. Laura Street, Plant City, Florida 33563.

MR. CHARLES REYNOLDS
MR. ALPHONSO SIMMONS
A Private Celebration of Life Service will be held for Mr. Alphonso Simmons of Valrico, Florida, who passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020.
Mr. Alphonso Simmons, af- fectionately known as “Al,” was a native of Tampa, Florida.
Alphonso attended public schools of Hillsborough County and graduated from Howard W. Blake High School. He later at- tended Hillsborough Community College and graduated with a AA degree.
Alphonso also served in the United States Army. He later at- tended the University of South Florida and graduated with a BA degree in Criminal Justice. He was employed with the Sheriff’s Department and then the State of Florida Department of Correc- tions, where he supervised adult offenders. He later retired from the State of Florida Department of Corrections.
He accepted Christ at an early age, and was baptized as a mem- ber at Mount Olive AME Church of West Tampa, where he at- tended as a child and young adult for many years. He later attended St. Paul United Methodist Church, Tampa.
Mr. Simmons was known for his love of flowers and exquisite landscaping; as well as wearing stylish caps and hats to match his attire. Additionally, he thor- oughly enjoyed preparing and eating all types of seafood. Alphonso was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle and grand- father.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Pauline and Alphonso Simmons; his sister, Jacqueline Simmons; brother, Charles Simmons; aunts, Clem- mie Ross James, Ethel Jones, Eva Butler and Leola Wheeler.
Alphonso leaves to cherish memories of him with: wife, Lor- raine Simmons; 3 daughters, Sonja Nicholas (Harry), Alva Sim- mons and Crystal Simmons; 1 son, Chad Simmons; grandson, Claude Nicolas; granddaughter, Ashley Nicolas; brothers, Michael Sim- mons of New York, Mitchell Sim- mons of New York and Patrick Thomas; sister, Connie Simmons of New York; nephews, Herbert Richardson of Atlanta, Hubert Richardson, Gerald Russell (Tanya) of Virginia, Jonathan Russell, Keith Gilbert of Con- necticut, Tyrone Gilbert of Con- necticut, David Russell, Alex Russell, Carlton Russell, TeRod- ney Russell (Velencia), Thomas Russell, Gregory Russell, Tavonte Russell and Montenell Carr; nieces, Tammy Fisher (Tyrone), Asha Walker, Trysha Russell, Tamala Russell, Kortoria Harri- son and Dijonia Westley; cousins, Doris Ross Reddick, Herbert Curry of Maryland, Kenneth Perry, Ross Perry, Clemmie Perry, Jones and McCall family; brothers-in-law, Rondal Russell (Vergina) and Carl Russell; sis- ters-in-law, Dorothy Young, and Benita Russell; special family and friends, Joe Cambridge, Rod Collins, Herbert Baker, Frank Williams, Al McGee, Chester White, Doug Williams, Greg, Dixon, Walton, Rice, Martin, Marshall, Jacobs and Weston families and a host of other loving family members and friends. MR. DWIGHT BILLY SMITH
A Private Celebration of Life Service will be held for Mr. Dwight Billy Smith, who passed on August 23, 2020, after a brief illness at Largo Medical Center.
Mr. Dwight Billy Smith was born February 8, 1962 in Tampa, Florida, to Bertha M. Smith and the late Tucker Smith. He at- tended the public schools in Hills- borough County. Dwight attended Holsey Temple CME Church and Embrace Christian Church. Dwight was employed as a DST Lead at Big Lot Stores prior to his demise; and was previously em- ployed with Kmart for twenty- five years.
During his spare time, Dwight enjoyed fishing, watching TV, being comical, and spending time with his family.
Dwight was preceded in death by: his father, Tucker Smith; brother, Dale Smith; and nephews Darren Smith and Carlos Smith.

        A Private Celebration of Life Services will be held for Mr. Charles Reynolds, who passed on August 17, 2020.
Mr. Charles Reynolds was born December 18, 1952, in Dothan, Alabama to the parentage of Louise and Samuel L. Reynolds. He was a member of Kingdom Ministry. Charles at- tended the public schools in Hills- borough County. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. Charles en- joyed helping others.
Mr. Reynolds was preceded in death by: his father and mother, Louise Reynolds and Samuel L. Reynolds; and six brothers and sisters.
He leaves to cherish memo- ries of him with: sisters, Pat Reynolds, Brenda Reynolds Thomas, Gloria Reynolds and Jer- dine Anderson; brothers, Duell Reynolds, R. B. Reynolds; his niece who was like a daughter, Va- lencia “Genny” Reynolds; nephew, like a son, King Harmon; and a host of other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends who will miss him dearly.
