On Tuesday, deputies ar- rested a 22-year-old man with several charges, including sexual battery. Attorney General Ashley Moody’s Office of Statewide Prosecu- tion is prosecuting this case.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has ar- rested a man on charges of engaging in a sexual relation-

Luis Alberto Encarna- cion was arrested at his home in the 200 block of Pasadena Drive in Tampa. The victim, who is under the age of 12, was located at En- carnacion’s residence.
Encarnacion is facing one count of concealing the location of a minor, one count of unlawful use of two way communication device, two counts of lewd or lascivious battery, and two counts of sexual battery (victim less than 12; defendant 18 or older). Attorney General Ash- ley Moody said, “I am horri- fied by the facts of this extremely disturbing case in- volving the sexual battery of a minor. This arrest should serve as a startling warning to parents, that there are adults living among us who would seek out and prey on our chil- dren.
“I am grateful for the quick actions by Sheriff Chronister and the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice to rescue the victim and arrest the monster harming her. As Attorney General, I will do everything within the authority of my office to en- sure the defendant in this case faces justice and can never again harm another child.”

Sanders is alleged to have started driving toward the group of friends. At 1:21 a.m., Sanders leaned over from the driver’s side of his car, ex- tended his arm outside the passenger’s side window, and began shooting at the group of people. Three victims suffered
