Man Who Crashed Into Guardrail Dies Of Gunshot Wounds
One Person Injured In East Tampa Shooting
The shooting took place in the 3400 block of E. Genesee Street Friday afternoon.
Detectives are attempting to trace the steps of a 22-year- old man who had been fatally shot. The officers were ini- tially dispatched to the loca- tion in reference to a vehicle crashing into the guardrail.
According to the Tampa Police Department, the crash took place late Tuesday on I- 275 near Busch Blvd. When officers arrived at the scene, they observed several bullet holes in the vehicle. The driver, described only as a 22- year-old Black man, was suf- fering from a gunshot in his upper body.
Tampa Fire Rescue trans- ported the victim to Tampa General Hospital, where he later died as a result of his in- juries.

were dispatched to the area around 3 p.m. When they ar- rived, they discovered one adult man had been shot. He was transported to a local hospital and listed in stable condition. The investigation is continuing.
Police Search For Armed Robbery Suspects

An 18-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a robbery. A second sus- pect is still being sought.
According to the Tampa Police Department, the victim was delivering pizza and wings to 11331 Autumn Court.
When the victim arrived, he left his car running and went to the apartment, where he learned the person there had not ordered pizza. The driver started to return to his vehicle, but was stopped by a man later identified as Nehiemiah Miller and an- other unidentified male.
The two men reportedly took the wings and pizza from the delivery man by force. Once the victim got back to his car, he realized his cell phone and wallet were miss- ing as well, police said.
Through investigative re- sources, officers were able to link the phone number used to place the order to Miller’s location. Upon con- tact with Miller, officers located the pizza and wing box, the delivery bag,

and the victim’s wallet. Miller was charged with
burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, robbery by sud- den snatching and petit theft.
The second suspect has not been taken into custody. He is described as a medium build Black male, approxi- mately 5’7, in his late teens to early 20s. The investigation is continuing.

The Tampa Police De- partment is currently search- ing for two suspects in connection with an armed robbery. The robbery took place at the Mobil Station, 10002 N. Florida Avenue Sunday night.
According to police, the two suspects entered the store around 11:25 p.m. The first suspect, armed with a black and silver handgun, suspects entered the business and demanded money. The clerk complied with the order and no one was injured. Both suspects fled after the rob-
bery. The second suspect en- tered the store while the rob- bery was taking place.
The first suspect is de- scribed as being a white or Hispanic man in his 30s, 5’6”, and weighing 200 pounds. He was wearing a gray shirt, and black pants.
The second suspect was described as a Black man about 5’10”, weighing about 130 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, a red mask, and car- rying a gray backpack.
The robbery was captured on video. The investigation is
