Mass Shooting At Family Barbeque Leaves 4 Women And 1 Man Dead
Malachai Jenkins and Roberto Smith at one point would’ve never saw eye-to-eye. Both L.A. natives pledged their allegiance to rival gang mem- bers, Jenkins a Crip and Smith a member of the Bloods. But after years of gang banging, Jenkins grew tired of the dangerous life.
“All money isn’t good money, Jenkins said. “[Selling drugs] worked for me for a little while until it started to get me into trouble, so I had to find some- thing legit to do.”
A mutual friend introduced Jenkins to Smith and the two became fast comrades. Jenkins then enrolled in the famed culinary school Le Cor- don Bleu, and from there things began to change. Upon finishing his courses, Jenk- ins, who also goes by the name Chef Spanky, began cooking meals and posting the finishing product on Insta- gram. Soon, people started
placing orders and slowly, their catering business Trap Kitchen LA was birthed.
“The gang stuff, the shoot- ings, now that I’m in this kitchen, I don’t go through none of that,” Smith said.
The way it works is Jenkins puts the daily menu on Insta- gram and people then place their orders. The men make everything from the simple yet comforting chicken and waf- fles, to the popular and more decadent $25 Pineapple Fri- day dish which is made up of King Crab, lobster, jumbo shrimp and salmon over white rice covered in Teriyaki Sriracha sesame seeds and green onions placed inside an actual pineapple. Whatever your stomach desires, the gen- tlemen of Trap Kitchen LA will serve you. “You can make the same amount of money selling drugs, selling food,” Jenkins said.

John McGraw, 78, sucker punched a Trump protester. Is this what’s to come if Trump is elected?
FAYETTEVILLE, NC --John McGraw, the Donald Trump supporter who was caught on video sucker punch- ing a Black man during a rally last Wednesday in Fayetteville, N.C., was not only unrepen- tant, but also told Edition, “Next time we might have to kill him."
Multiple videos posted to so- cial media show several angles of McGraw's assault of 26- year-old Rakeem Jones. Jones and several friends were being escorted out of the event by police officers when McGraw coldcocked Jones in the face.
When the news station tracked down McGraw, he said, "You bet I liked it. Knock- ing the hell out of that big mouth."
He claimed that Jones was- n't "acting like an American."
Number one, we don't know if he's ISIS. We don't know who he is, but we know he's not act- ing like an American, cussing me. ... If he wants it laid out, I laid it out."
McGraw added: "Yes, he de- served it. The next time we see him, we might have to kill him. We don't know who he is. He might be with a terrorist organ- ization."
McGraw was arrested and charged Thursday with assault and battery and disorderly con- duct, according to the Cumber- land County Sheriff's Office.
According to the New York Daily News, McGraw was held on $2,500 bond, and his next court date is April 6.
WILKINSBURG, PA — Two gunmen working as a team fa- tally shot five people including a pregnant woman and criti- cally wounded two others at a backyard cookout, with one at- tacker using a rifle to shoot the victims in the head as they were driven in his direction, a prosecutor said Thursday.
“The murders were planned. They were calculated, brutal,” District Attorney Stephen Zappala said of the Wednes- day nighttime shootings. The gunmen appeared to have tar- geted one or two of the victims, said Zappala, who added that they hadn’t ruled out drugs as a motive.
Police said they have no sus- pects.
Four women, one of them eight months’ pregnant, and a man were killed as they rushed toward the back porch to seek cover as a gunman fired a .40- caliber pistol at as many as 15 adults who were playing cards
and having a late-night cook- out.
That steered the victims to- ward the rear porch and door of the house, where an accom- plice armed with a rifle similar to an AK-47 shot them from behind a chain-link fence less than 10 feet from the porch, Zappala said.
The man with the rifle aimed high throughout the barrage of bullets. Four of the dead were found on the tiny back porch. “They were all head shots,” Zappala said.
The dead included three sib- lings, Brittany Powell, 27, who lived at the home; Jerry Shelton, 35; and Chanetta Powell, 25. The other two were their cousins, Shada Mahone, 26, and Tina Shel- ton, 37.
“My whole family was mas- sacred,” said Jessica Shel- ton, the mother of the siblings and aunt of the other two killed.
