 T. I. Says Pro-Trump
Lecrae Shares Enlightenment During Israel Trip
LECRAE
Lecrae opened up about his trip to Israel in a series of Instagram posts, sharing pic- tures and thoughts about his travels in the Middle East. One highlight of the Christian rap- per’s journey was getting bap- tized in the Jordan River, which he wrote about at length.
Lecrae’s baptism reflec- tions also included a lesson about the history of the rite.
“Today we got baptized in the Jordan River,” he began. “The one John baptized Jesus in. I was joking before I got dipped and I said if a bird lands out here like the dove on Jesus, bruh....I’m gonna have a heart attack. Just take me to heaven cause God is speakin too loud!

Owens Is ‘Dangerous’
Claims Lawsuit Against HBO
A disagreement on Presi- dent Trump’s “Make Amer- ica Great Again” slogan between T. I. and Candace Owens at the Revolt Summit made for an explosive Inter- net moment, but the rapper believes Owens’ views are “dangerous.”
The self-proclaimed King of the South was a guest on Big Boy’s Neighborhood where he spoke about Owens and said: “I’m not necessarily against her personally but a lot of views and a lot of the rhetoric that she spews is dan- gerous.”
“I’m not saying every Black person has to be a De- mocrat... I’m not speaking on behalf of or in support of the Democratic party or the Re- public party. I’m speaking for

fair, righteous and decent,” T. I. added. “There’s just cer- tain things that you have to understand you can’t say... I don’t want it to come off in any way disrespectful or it’s a me against her thing. It’s a me against what she’s saying thing—a me against what I feel she’s representing type
thing.”
A Federal Judge in Califor- nia has ruled in favor of the Michael Jackson Estate in a $100 million lawsuit brought against HBO.
Filed in March of this year, the suit claims HBO violated a non-disparagement agreement from 1992 by airing the contro- versial two-part documentary, Leaving Neverland (which took home a Creative Arts Emmy last week.)
The agreement was tied to the broadcasting rights for Jackson’s Dangerous World Tour special, stating “HBO shall not make any disparaging remarks concerning [Michael Jackson] ... or do any act that may harm or disparage or cause to lower in esteem the reputation of [Jackson.]”
According to Billboard, U. S. District Court Judge George H. Wu ruled that HBO must abide the 1992 agreement, which would effec- tively carry the case out of the

federal court system and into some form of arbitration.
And though he sided with the estate in their “messy” and “unique” case against the net- work, in oral arguments, Wu was confident that regardless of his decision, the losing party would appeal to a higher court, potentially taking the case as far as The Supreme Court. “No matter who wins or loses it’s going to be taken up on ap- peal,” Wu told the court. “It doesn’t matter what I do,” he added.
On to the next round.

 Reportedly Turned Police
 Informant After ICE Arrest
 DMX
The Ruff Ryders rapper has reportedly signed a new deal with Def Jam Recordings.
Swizz Beatz confirmed X’s new signing during a recent interview with The Breakfast Club. “Just re-signed so it’s gonna be a good year for him, God willing,” he said. “I just want it to happen so he can go to where he been supposed to have went.”
DMX released his 1998 debut album “It’s Dark and Hell Is Hot” on Def Jam and be- came one of the label’s top-sell- ing artists throughout the late 1990s and early 2000s. X re- leased five additional albums on the label, including “Flesh of My Flesh,” and “Blood of My Blood.”
Tekashi 6ix9ine took the witness stand last week in the case of alleged Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison.
During his testimony, he revealed his former driver Jorge Rivera became a police informant following his Immi- gration Customs & Enforce- ment (ICE) arrest. When asked if he spoke to law enforcement about cooperating, Rivera replied, “Yes.”
Rivera then explained he started driving for 6ix9ine shortly after he was released from custody and confirmed there was a camera installed in the Chevy Tahoe when Ellison allegedly kidnapped and robbed 6ix9ine.
According to Complex, Rivera told the court he’d been an informant since July

2018 and suspected others (in- cluding 6ix9ine) discovered this information around Sep- tember/October of last year.
As part of his testimony, 6ix9ine also identified several people as Blood gang mem- bers, including Cardi B and Jim Jones. A recent New York Times article suggests the 23-year-old could enter the witness protection program following the trial.
The trial is expected to wrap up this week.
