MRS. ROSALYN NORWOOD AVINGER
A Graveside Service for Mrs. Rosalyn Norwood Avinger of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Thursday, April 9, 2020, will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 1 p. m., Garden of Memories Ceme- tery, 4207 E. Lake Avenue, Pas- tor Alvin Marlboro, officiating.
Rosalyn was born on July 8, 1957 in Tampa, Florida, to the late Robert Norwood and Elizabeth Maddox. She was a great woman of Faith in Jesus Christ, a senior social worker and graduate of the University of Tampa. Rosalyn was a dedi- cated volunteer at the Holo- caust Museum. She was an avid reader, enjoyed studying history, traveling and believed in giving back to the commu- nity.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Robert Nor- wood; mother, Elizabeth Mad- ddox; sister, Joann Lewis; aunt, Idella Williams; nephews, Robert Peterson and Horace James Peterson.
She leaves to cherish her fond and loving memories with: her loving husband, Ronald Paul Avinger, Sr.; chil- dren, Ronald Paul Avinger, Jr. (Alexis); grandchildren, Madi- son Hannah Avinger and Con- nor Kemp; brothers, Robert Norwood, Ronnie Norwood and Todd Norwood; sisters, Wilma Norwood and Joann Lewis (Nelson); niece, Keisha Norwood; nephews, Jason Norwood, Ozyia Norwood and Michael Peterson; sisters-in- law, Shirley Puerto and Bar- bara McDermott; co-worker, Kathy Edwards, Pamela Smith and Loretta.

MRS. BARBARA J. EPHROM GAY
A Homegoing Catholic Service for Mrs. Barbara J. Ephrom Gay of Tampa, Florida, who passed away peacefully after a battle with cancer on, Tuesday, April 7, 2020, was held on Tuesday, April 14th, 11 a. m. at St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, 1203 N. Nebraska Ave., Father Theobald Weria, Pastor, offi- ciating. The interment was held in Garden of Memories Cemetery, Catholic Gardens.
Barbara J. Ephrom Gay was born August 7, 1937, in Tampa, Florida, to the late Robert and Willie Mae (Ver- ritt) Ephrom. She attended St. Peter Claver Catholic School, Middleton High School, and Gibbs Jr. College. She was a lifelong, faithful and active parishioner of St. Peter Claver Catholic Church, where she served in many ca- pacities throughout the years. She loved the tradi- tions and rituals of her church which she learned at an early age and embraced with strong faith throughout her life.
She was a former teacher at St. Peter Claver School for many years. She also worked at Tampa General Hospital Blood Bank. She worked 30 years with BayCare Health Systems in various supervi- sory and management posi- tions that included 18 years at St. Joseph’s Hospital and 12 years at Healthpoint Med- ical Management Services; she retired in 2009.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Robert and Willie Mae (Verritt) Ephrom, and her husband, Hardrick E. Gay.
She leaves treasured memories with: her devoted

Diana was born Septem- ber 5, 1955 in Graceville, Florida. She was raised in Dade City, Florida and gradu- ated from Pasco Comprehen- sive High School in 1974. She attended Greater Friendship Missionary Baptist Church. Diana enjoyed gardening and spending time with her fam- ily.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Robert Russell; sisters, Gwendolyn McKever and Angela Russell; father-in- law, Charlie “KC” Gray; sister- in-law, Mary Neal.

Deborah Ann Hagwood was born on July 8, 1956 to Willie Hagwood, Sr. and the late Catherine Herburt in Norristown, Pennsylvania. Deborah served in the U. S. Army for 5 and a half years. She loved plants, serving the Lord and his Kingdom and teaching children about the love of God.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Catherine Herburt; brothers, Dennis Hagwood and Dana J. Hag- wood; half-sister, Traci John- son.
