Police Locate Woman Reported Missing
East Tampa Home Damaged By Fire

Officers with the St. Pe- tersburg Police Department have located a missing woman. She was found un- harmed.
According to the St. Pe- tersburg Police Department, Ms. Kayla Boone, 20, left her home and was considered in danger. She was seen last Thursday in the 2700 block of Fourth Street S.
Police said Ms. Boone has a mental disability. She was located last Saturday.
Deputies Search For Missing Woman
Deputies are seeking help to locate a missing woman. She was last seen on April 11th.
According to the Hillsbo- rough County Sheriff’s Office, Ms. Nyeechi Johnson, 36, left her home at 7349 Bonita Vista Way, on Wednesday, April 11th for an appointment at James A. Haley Veteran’s Hospital. She has not been seen or heard from since then.
Ms. Johnson, who cele- brated her 36th birthday on April 12th, is described as being 5’7” and weighing 170 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.

An East Tampa home suffered heavy damage from a fire Saturday after- noon.
According to the Tampa Fire Department, when fire- fighters arrived to 1509 E. New Orleans, the second story was fully involved. The firemen began fighting the blaze around 3 p.m., and discovered that a live electri- cal wire had fallen onto a
metal shed. This caused an extra element of danger for the firemen.
Representatives from Tampa Electric responded to the scene and de-ener- gized the live wire. The blaze was brought under control around 4 p.m.
One adult was displaced, but sustained no injuries. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
Body Of Toddler Found In Pond
Police are investigating the drowning death of a toddler. The incident took place Thursday afternoon in the 4700 block of Crestknoll Drive, in New Port Richey.
According to police, an adult caretaker was watching the child when the child wandered off.
No additional information has been released on the child or the family. The drowning appears to be an accident, police said.
