If Your Birthday Is Today: “Chicago P.D.” actor Archie Kao (1969) shares your birthday today. You are easygoing, friendly and pleasant. A multi-tasker, you are also a natural teacher. This year is strong. In 2017, something you’ve been involved with for about nine years will end or diminish now to make room for some- thing new. It will also be a year of service to others, plus a wonderful year to travel. Get ready for a fresh, new cycle waiting in your fu- ture!
Sagittarius (Nov. 22-Dec. 21): This is such a powerful time for you! Not only is the Sun in your sign amping your energy and good fortune, your ability to talk to others is amazing. That’s why those who write for a living or sell, market, teach or act are really in the groove!
Capricorn (Dec. 22-Jan. 19): Well, you are certainly working hard to earn money because we know you are working hard to spend it. But hey, this is the month when everyone does spend money, isn’t it? And you like to be well thought of. And you like to do the right thing. (And you like to get nice gifts.)
Aquarius (Jan. 20-Feb. 18): At the risk of sounding repeti- tive, this is a great time for Aquarians to buy wardrobe treasures be- cause you like what you see in the mirror. Ironically, another good reason is that you have the energy to shop. (Lord knows it does take energy.) But with fiery Mars in your sign — you’re PowerPoint on steroids!
Pisces (Feb. 19-March 20): Do not forget that the Sun is high in your chart, acting like a flattering light on you, which is why every- one thinks you are the cat’s meow. Yes, you can walk on water. (Es- pecially if you’re wearing beautiful new shoes.)
Aries (March 21-April 19): You have a strong involvement with friends and groups, especially competitively in a physical way. This is a strong influence this month and you can’t ignore it. You will love hanging out with artistic, creative types.
Taurus (April 20-May 20): Your ambition is aroused more than usual because fiery Mars is at the top of your chart. It will be there for most of this month, and this happens only once every two years. This means you can use this fired-up energy to your advan- tage. Go get ’em tiger!
Gemini (May 21-June 20): Travel for pleasure will totally de- light you because you want to do anything that expands your world. Yes, you’re restless. However, be careful about squabbles with others about politics and religion. Who needs this? Not you.
Cancer (June 21-July 22): This is a romantic and passionate month — in every sense of the word. (Chaste makes waste.) Fortu- nately, your passion now has soft edges because Venus is in the pic- ture as well as Mars. Venus is always about gentle affection (while Mars swings from the chandelier).
Leo (July 23-Aug. 22): Two opposite influences affect your relationships this month. Mars make you easily annoyed with oth- ers. Fortunately, Venus counters this, making you patient and help- ing you to see the futility of anger. After all, life is short — and fat.
Virgo (Aug. 23-Sept. 22): Even though your focus is on home and family, you are working hard! In fact, you are working so hard at your job that you are delegating! But you will get praise from oth- ers, and some of you will get a raise.
Libra (Sept. 23-Oct. 22): This is such a social month! You’re keen to talk to everyone because you have views and opinions and you want to enlighten others about what you think. But you also feel playful, prankish and fun-loving. Good luck at getting anything done.
Scorpio (Oct. 23-Nov. 21): You are enjoying putting out en- ergy to make your home look more attractive now. Whether you are redecorating, renovating or just getting ready for the holidays, it’s exciting. All this extra activity is stressful for everyone, isn’t it? Be cool.
